不锈钢的定义 Definition of Stainless Steel​

含铬超过12%的合金钢即可称为不锈钢。不锈钢又可粗略分为:-

Alloy steel with over 12% of chome may classified as stainless steel, and stainless steel could in turn may be classified as follow:-

不锈钢的分类 Classifications Example :-

马氏体 Martensite SUS410 (13 Cr only)含铬13%

铁素体 Ferrite SUS430 (18Cr)含铬18%

奥氏体 Austenite SUS304 (18 Cr-Ni)含铬18%含镍6-8%

奥氏体/纯铁体 Austenite-Ferrite SUS329J1 含铬23%含镍3%

释出硬化 Precipitation hardening SUS631J1 (16Cr)含铬16%含镍7%

首四种不锈钢的分类是以其结晶组织 (Crystal structure) 或微合金结构 (Micro-Structure) 来分类。 最后的壹类是以热处理方法分类。
